Long days and nights continue at War Horse as we turn over rocks looking for the impossible aiding our customers in getting through their respective outages. Praise the Good Lord we are able to find true flying purple people eaters in the nooks and crannies they reside in. And praise God this effort seems to land us a new client almost every week.
As thankful as I am for the business and busyness, I also look forward to the days when the throttle is not wide open. I look forward to the days of getting home again before my family goes to bed and I look forward to having a time of reflection, processing the good that this season brings. Being able to sit down with customers again, helping to solve problems that tend to linger during the normal day to day maintenance of the facility, is another hour I anxiously await.
No matter the time of year, I still stand in a drunken stupor watching my God speak and work. From the schedule of His provision to the closing of a door that is not ours to grace, I am forever in debt for the excess of opportunities that have come into our fold. Praise God Jehovah for “every good and perfect gift coming from above.” He alone is worthy of every song I could possibly sing.
