One of our great customers brought us an opportunity involving an obsolete Thermo Fisher Sapphire unit. The application also changed and engineering would be inevitable. The plant’s resources were limited throwing another wrench in the picture.
Using our EPC alliance and outstanding channel partner assistance, we were able to size and select a suitable replacement, delivering about 4 weeks sooner than expected. We also received a feather in our cap for freeing up their engineers to fight bigger battles.
