We started a new sermon series on the Apostle Paul, at church, and today’s message was on Ananais and his contribution to the ministry.
The parallelism was made between Brad Sellers and Michael Jordan in 1989 when the Bulls played the Cavaliers. ‘The Shot’ was made by Jordan but it was Sellers that got Michael the ball. And like Paul, Jordan got the credit for being the one responsible for the win. We don’t hear much about Sellers or Ananias for that matter and still little is remembered when these stories are retold.
Tonight, another parallelism - channel partners. While it may be my phone that rings at 3 AM and it may be me doing the sizing and selecting of the equipment. It may be me cooking the breakfast and it may be my Saturday morning spent walking down valves. There is no win without great channel partners. If their DNA is not the same, there is no game to play. This can start with the hot shot company and end with the manufacturer but no matter they are all equally important to the customer’s need and in the end, the customer’s victory.
Somebody has to get the ball to the one trying to make the play. Raising a glass to mine. I’m very grateful for each of you.
