Acknowledging that the example below is hardly a ‘bad’ thing considering what this World dishes out every day, for the sake of this post it is truth that every day is not candy and ice cream in the sole proprietor world.
Two different actuators and two different customers, ordered and shipped incorrectly. Whether the information in the field was not updated or the miss was clear and on the spec sheet makes no difference because the buck stops here.
Our response when things go wrong is equally as important as it is when things go right. I’m thankful both customers were taken care of quickly and I’m thankful War Horse was able to absorb the hit. Honoring God in all things and taking care of the customer is the priority.
