Praise Jesus for this outstanding order we were trusted with and asked to execute. Working hand-in-hand with the manufacturer directly put us in the sweet spot with pricing and delivery. God-provided resources and knowledge gave us the edge in the customer service department.
There are plenty of people out there who can do it fast but price is in left field. There are others who can do it cost effectively but you pay it back waiting for it to arrive. Customer service, unfortunately, is not what it used to be.
At War Horse we try to teach our employees to swing for the fence in all three areas. Delivering a top-notch product quickly, cost effectively and keeping that smile on our great customer’s face all the way in and the entire way out is top priority.
