We have been running around, on this freeze recovery, like our hair is on fire. We have been expediting every color, shape and size of field instrument imaginable trying to help our great customers get their units back up and running. I have told my staff and discussed with our end users how this feels different than any hurricane recovery we have ever been apart of. After nearly a century of working in this industry, this will be my 10th major disaster recovery effort. Praise God, and God alone, that my body, my heart, and my mind can still do this.
While it is true that every day I hit my knees before the sun comes up and after the sun goes down praising Elohim for the quail He decided to give, it is hard for me to feel like we are washing feet when everything is so crazy. I am overly intentional in teaching my employees, and my family for that matter, to circle back and apologize communicating respect, encouragement and love to anyone we remotely have a cross word with under the stress.
For those of you living in this same season of life I hope this encourages you to do the same. My relationship with Christ and what I advertise for Him is everything and nothing else will work without that
