Praise God for a December like no other. In my 25 years I cannot remember one like this, shipping orders at all hours of the day and night and even sending them out on Christmas Eve for delivery tomorrow, Sunday and all of next week. Praise the Good Shepherd, He sees it fit to bless us with a multitude of daily bread and a multitude of like-minded resources committed to washing feet alongside us.
The credit is His for where I stand today. I still have to pinch myself because I cannot believe we are doing this on our own. Entrepreneurship runs in my family but believing you can survive and even taking it a step further, paying bills, hiring others, blessing others and actually doing life off the sales and revenue generated from our made-of-gold clients, leaves this old-new business owner broken, humbled and mesmerized. I do believe in myself, but I also had delusional control over the budget for so long that I lost sight of the path.
God reminds me daily Who owns the cattle on a thousand hills and how His mercy and grace will be refreshed daily. The forgiveness He extends to this sinner is a scandal in itself. I too hope you find great joy in serving our King, in taking time to watch how He moves, in understanding why He loves and in celebrating His birth, life and resurrection every single day. He is worthy of every possible ounce of praise and gratefulness this heart can give.
Merry Christmas!
